F2F or Online Writing Workshops
E-quip’s half day, one or two-day workshops for up to around 20 staff provide a practical and tailored solution to address the writing needs and challenges for general staff or a specific target group from junior grade, customer service to managerial grade staff.
Workshop focus areas may cover e-mails (internal and external), customer service correspondence, reports, proposals, minutes, performance appraisals, executive formal papers, marketing correspondence and social media writing, with programs fully customised through research, sample collection and analysis.

Blended 1:1 Writing Coaching
Fully personalised 1:1 coaching programs focusing on the needs and challenges supervisory, managerial or C-level employees face when drafting documents. Programs can focus on certain documents that the participant needs to improve on or immediate requirements such as polishing a key proposal, preparing a speech or a pitch, etc.
Our 1:1 programs may vary in duration depending on the tangible and clear learning objectives set out, and for the target audience who are busy, we offer flexible scheduling, professional and experienced coaches, custom content and a training approach that offers ongoing support through face-to-face coaching, e-mail support through document editing and correction and coaching through online/phone.
Communication Skills Seminars
E-quip’s communication skills seminars are a great and affordable way to provide a large audience with practical and useful takeaways in a relaxing and engaging environment.
Seminars can be run either face-to-face or online through Zoom or Teams to audiences as large as 300 people, and can cover any topic related to writing and speaking skills.
